Job summary

The Lodge at Primland, part of Auberge Resorts Collection, is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to keep our kitchen clean and organized, enabling chefs to create memorable dishes. Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans and kitchen equipment using manual or mechanical methods.
• Keep the kitchen area clean and organized by sweeping, mopping and disposing of waste.
• Assist kitchen staff with food preparation tasks, such as peeling and cutting vegetables or portioning ingredients.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure availability of clean dishes during peak hours.
