• Evaluate students’ skills to identify strengths and needs and measure progress.
• Develop IEP goals and objectives with parents and teachers and multidisciplinary team members.
• Coordinate planning meetings with parents, teachers, and specialists; assist with IEP carryover into PLP programs.
• Implement IEP goals through remedial programs and classroom accommodations/modifications; maintain progress data.
• Plan, collaborate and co-teach; develop a Resource Room for targeted services within a supported setting.
