Job summary

Qualifications

• Holds a bachelor's degree and a valid Tennessee educator license with an endorsement.
• Knowledge of Tennessee Academic Standards, RTI2, screening, progress monitoring, and data-informed instruction.
• Ability to implement IEPs, Section 504 plans, English learner supports, and accommodations.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, technology, and interpersonal skills; collaborates with school staff.

Responsibilities

• Plans and delivers standards-aligned instruction using district curricula and high-quality materials.
• Prepares lessons reflecting grade-level standards and pacing for student needs.
• Implements RTI2 with data-informed interventions and progress monitoring.
• Maintains accurate records, communicates with families, and participates in data-team meetings.
