Qualifications

• Associates in IT or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and active directory.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tickets efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second level IT support to ~180 employees.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Assist with Windows Server, AD, and M365 administration.
• Participate in server migrations and IT projects.
