Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active admission to New York State Supreme Court.
• Admission to the U.S. District Court for SDNY is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs.
• Conduct in-depth legal research to support cases.
• Analyze and interpret legal documents and provide advice.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and other proceedings.
