Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents and procedural manuals.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, perform reaching and bending movements, use computers and register equipment, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Create a seamless and enjoyable in-store and online experience while building customer relationships.
• Drive sales with in-store and online clients using available technology.
• Participate in merchandising and operational tasks, including fulfillment, maintaining selling standards, and keeping the floor and fitting rooms in order.
• Share information about loyalty programs and support customers throughout their shopping experience.
