Techtronic Industries (TTI) is hiring a FIELD SALES AND MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE to drive best-in-class sales at The Home Depot. You will engage with customers, deliver product solutions, and execute promotions while building strong retailer partnerships.

Qualifications

• Age 21+ required.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Valid US driver’s license for at least one year.
• Personal vehicle or reliable transportation.
• Pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Willingness to travel to stores; occasional air travel may be required.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Relocation may be required for future promotional opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class B2C sales and customer service within The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement.
• Support and implement strategic brand marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising and data analytics using Power BI.
• Develop understanding of the retail marketplace, customer profiles, product applications, and channel dynamics.
• Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members to enhance in-store execution.
