Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops, plans and strategizes a program of study based on learning needs and uses varied instructional techniques.
• Assesses student growth and provides progress reports; assigns grades reflecting achievement.
• Implements district education goals; manages classroom behavior and adheres to district policies.
• Prepares differentiated lesson plans and aligns materials to objectives.
• Maintains open communication with students, parents, colleagues and community members.
• Maintains accurate records and tracks student growth using rubrics and data.
• Supervises students and ensures safety in various school settings.
