Job summary

Pacific Learning Academy in Sammamish and Issaquah is seeking part-time Spanish Tutors to provide personalized, 1-on-1 instruction to middle and high school students. You will support AP Spanish and teach accredited Spanish courses through Spanish 4, with experience tutoring Spanish required.

Instructors may work in students' homes, at the Academy office, or virtually via Zoom. Availability three days per week preferred; afternoons and evenings are in demand.

Qualifications

• Certification preferred but not required.
• Four-year degree (or equivalent) as a minimum in any subject.
• Experience tutoring Spanish and ability to support AP Spanish, including teaching accredited Spanish courses through Spanish 4.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, 1-on-1 instruction to middle and high school students in Sammamish and Issaquah.
• Tutor Spanish and support AP Spanish, including teaching accredited Spanish courses through Spanish 4.
• Offer tutoring or teaching core middle and high school courses (including languages).
• Be available for in-person or Zoom-based sessions as requested by families.
