Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with district curriculum.
• Prepare lessons accommodating different learning styles.
• Present material according to TEA guidelines and district policies.
• Plan and use instructional strategies and materials to meet student needs.
• Assess student learning and use results to guide instruction.
• Collaborate with special education to modify curriculum per IEPs.
• Set instructional goals with staff and oversee aides/volunteers.
• Use technology to enhance teaching and learning.
• Communicate with parents and staff; attend meetings.
• Supervise extracurricular activities as assigned.
