The SLP will provide skilled rehabilitation services in patients' homes, evaluate needs, plan therapy, and administer speech therapy modalities as prescribed by a physician.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech-Language Pathology and an active Georgia SLP license with no sanctions, restrictions, or provisions.

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled rehabilitation services to patients in their place of residence.
• Evaluates, plans and administers speech therapy modalities as prescribed by a physician.
• Plans and implements effective treatment to achieve functional outcomes; completes documentation per standards.
