Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS) is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for home health in Gwinnett County, GA. PRN coverage with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

You will manage a diverse caseload, with supportive scheduling, limited drive time, and leadership from clinicians who understand daily challenges.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited SLP program, active or pending state licensure, and comfort delivering care in the home. New graduates are welcome.
