Ashley Furniture is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in California. You will guide guests, inspire with home furnishings, and help design rooms customers love. The role rewards high-energy, service-focused sales professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing orders, and supporting cash handling, credit applications, and financing as needed. Benefits and incentives accompany the position.

Competenze

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
