Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in education or related teaching field.
• Master's degree preferred for advancement.
• NJ certification as Mathematics teacher is required.
• NJ certification for students with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and administers mathematics curriculum aligned with district goals.
• Maintains a safe, conducive learning environment for diverse learners.
• Designs lesson plans and instructional materials for math instruction.
• Teaches concepts in arithmetic, calculus, geometry, and related areas.
• Assesses student progress and adapts instruction to individual needs.
• Communicates with parents and documents student performance.
