Trinity Episcopal School in Charlotte, NC seeks a full-time Head of Lower School to serve as the primary academic and administrative leader for the elementary division, guiding curriculum, student life, and division-wide communication. Reporting to the Head of School, this role drives strategic vision and daily operations across curriculum development, student life, and division-wide communication.

Responsibilities

Scheduling and curriculum coordination across the Lower School with the K-8 alignment.
Hiring processes, faculty evaluation, and contract management.
Faculty development, morale, and professional growth programs.
Curriculum development collaboration across divisions and publication of guides.
Budget management for the division and crisis/ events oversight.
Communication with parents and collaboration with divisions on transitions.
