Job summary

Alliance Performance in Fair Lawn, NJ is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer to lead high-energy group sessions and provide personalized 1:1 training. You will engage members, deliver structured programs, and uphold the Alliance standard on and off the floor.

You will coach client progress, modify movements for all levels, use our tech platforms, and contribute to a supportive coaching culture built on performance and community.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer credential required or equivalent
• CPR/AED certification required or obtainable upon hiring
• 1+ year experience in personal training or group fitness preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver dynamic group training sessions with energy, precision, and purpose.
• Coach personal training clients with customized programming and accountability.
• Help members improve movement, performance, and confidence both in and out of the gym.
• Represent the Alliance Performance standard on and off the floor.
