Job summary

BODYROK Princeton/Newtown in New Jersey is seeking energetic group fitness instructors to lead our signature Hybrid Pilates sessions. You will motivate clients, cue movements, and deliver high-energy workouts that blend strength and cardio in a fast-paced studio setting.

We offer flexible scheduling, a per-class pay range of $25–$55 with bonuses, a guaranteed minimum per class, ongoing mentorship, and a clear path to Lead Instructor as you grow with the brand.

Qualifications

• Confidence, enthusiasm, energy and passion for fitness and music.
• Ability to multitask effectively during group classes.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the brand.
• Experience in Pilates, Circuit Training, Indoor Cycling, Bootcamp, HIIT or Group Fitness is a plus.
• Ability to motivate, lead and speak publicly to groups.
• Strong cueing and clear communication.
• Understanding of anatomy and biomechanics.
