Performance Optimal Health in Norwalk, CT is seeking an energetic Group Fitness Instructor to lead high-quality classes that challenge, motivate, and support participants at all levels. You will deliver safe, effective sessions and foster a positive, inclusive environment, using Technogym equipment and the studio’s four-pillar approach to health.

The role requires strong leadership, a passion for health, and the ability to connect with members to encourage ongoing engagement.

Qualifications

• Certified fitness instructor with a recognized certification (ACE, NASM, ACSM).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to motivate and inspire members.
• Knowledge of exercise science principles and ability to tailor workouts for diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Lead classes with enthusiasm to motivate and inspire members to achieve fitness goals.
• Utilize Technogym equipment to enhance class experience and performance.
• Teach classes aligned with the studio's philosophy, focusing on four pillars and recovery services.
• Collaborate with floor trainers to set up and break down equipment before/after classes.
• Optimize class schedules to allow time between classes for equipment changes and transitions.
• Promote recovery services among members for post-workout health.
• Stay updated on fitness trends and Technogym usage best practices.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
