New York Sports Club is seeking a Group Exercise Instructor to promote the club and its brands, and to lead engaging, safe group exercise classes that enhance member retention and overall experience.

You will model the mission and values, conduct classes that start on time, and ensure equipment and safety standards are maintained while actively engaging with members and promoting class registration.

Qualifications

• Ability to motivate others to lead a healthy lifestyle.
• Public speaking capabilities and patience.
• General knowledge of exercise science and safe fitness practices.
• Familiarity with POS and membership systems.
• AED/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote the club and NYSC brands to members.
• Lead group exercise classes that are engaging and safe.
• Ensure classes start on time and maintain studio safety standards.
• Engage with members to enhance their fitness journey and retention.
• Report equipment needs and health risk concerns to management.
