You’ll act as a resource for participants and help members engage with Life Time programs, products, and services while hitting daily class attendance goals. You will instruct a variety of formats, educate on proper form, listen to members, and maintain studio spaces.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
• At least one year of fitness instructor experience.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Group Exercise certification NASM/ACE/AFAA/AEA required.

Responsibilities

• Develops positive relationships with class participants by teaching a variety of challenging and entertaining classes.
• Educates participants on correct form and alternative moves during routines.
• Attentively listens to members, answers questions, and engages in conversation before and after classes.
• Cleans and organizes studio space after each class.
• Promotes Life Time promotions, programs, products, and services to encourage participation.
