Job summary

US Fitness in Woodstock, GA, is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to lead dynamic group classes and partner with the Group Fitness Director to deliver an exceptional member experience.

You will create an energetic, inclusive class vibe, coach members toward goals, and promote programs while maintaining certifications and attending trainings. Flexible scheduling includes mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized Group Fitness certification is required.
• Specialty cert if your format requires it.
• CPR/AED certification must be current.
• Prior group teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, effective, and fun group classes that exceed member expectations.
• Create a positive class vibe and coach members toward their goals.
• Greet members before class, engage with them, and build relationships.
• Promote club programs and upcoming events.
• Track attendance and schedule; follow payroll procedures; keep class stats.
• Keep studios clean and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Maintain certifications and attend required trainings.
• Support the schedule and cover as needed.
• Be flexible with early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
