Job summary

Workout Anytime, Atlanta-based, is a 24-hour fitness concept with 180+ units across the U.S. We are seeking a passionate Group Exercise Instructor to lead diverse classes, motivate participants, and promote a safe, inclusive workout environment.

You will plan and deliver sessions, demonstrate techniques, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for members. The ideal candidate has certification in group fitness, CPR/First Aid, and excellent communication skills, with flexibility to work mornings,

Qualifications

• Certification in group fitness instruction (ACE/AFAA/NASM) required or equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Experience leading group fitness classes preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging group exercise classes (yoga, Zumba, Pilates, cycling, HIIT, strength).
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and safety protocols.
• Monitor participants and provide modifications as needed.
• Foster a positive, energetic atmosphere and member engagement.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workout spaces and equipment.
• Attend staff meetings and contribute ideas for program enhancements.
