Job summary

The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC is seeking an enthusiastic Group Fitness Instructor to lead classes on-site. You will demonstrate techniques, adapt intensity for participants, and foster a welcoming environment that motivates members.

Applicants should have six months of teaching experience, valid fitness certifications, and current CPR/AED certification. Two classes per week commitment is expected to maintain high energy and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience teaching Group Fitness classes.
• Nationally accredited or platform-specific fitness certifications (Les Mills, Spinning, Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, Barre).
• CPR/AED certification must be current.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality member experiences through safe, effective and motivational classes.
• Demonstrate proper techniques and modify intensity for members when necessary.
• Increase attendance through knowledge, skill and emotional connection.
• Willing to teach at least two classes a week.
• Create community through positive interactions before and after class.
• Address member concerns or direct to appropriate club management.
• Report equipment maintenance needs to club management.
