The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC is hiring a part-time Group Fitness Instructor in Connecticut to lead engaging classes and motivate members. You will deliver safe, effective workouts, model proper form, and help grow class attendance through energy and connection.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of group fitness teaching experience, current CPR/AED, and a nationally recognized certification. You should be outgoing, reliable, and comfortable communicating with members and staff.

Qualifikationen

• Six months of experience teaching group fitness in a related discipline (e.g., cardio, strength, cycle).
• Current professional fitness certification in format(s) such as Les Mills, Spinning, Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, Barre, etc.
• Nationally accredited group fitness certification preferred: AFAA, ACE, AAAI, NASM.
• Must possess and maintain current CPR/AED certification.
• Outgoing, energetic, and able to perform in front of an audience.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high quality member experiences through safe, effective and motivational classes.
• Demonstrate proper techniques and form aligned with class descriptions; modify intensity as needed.
• Increase attendance through knowledge, skill and emotional connection.
• Willing to teach at least two classes a week.
• Create community through positive interactions before and after class.
• Address member concerns or direct to appropriate club management.
