The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC is seeking qualified Group Fitness Instructors to lead engaging classes and create a supportive, energetic atmosphere for members. You will demonstrate proper techniques, modify intensity, and help drive attendance and community engagement.

Successful candidates hold current fitness certifications (AFAA/ACE/NASM or equivalent), CPR/AED, and have experience teaching in related disciplines. Equal opportunity employer; flexible scheduling encouraged.

Formación

• 6 months experience teaching Group Fitness classes in a related discipline.
• Nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification or CPT preferred: AFAA, ACE, AAAI, NASM.
• Must possess and maintain current CPR/AED certification.
• Must be outgoing, energetic and able to perform in front of an audience.
• Knowledge of safe exercise techniques and ability to demonstrate them.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high quality member experiences through safe, effective and motivational classes.
• Demonstrate proper techniques and form that align with class descriptions while modifying intensity for members.
• Increase attendance through knowledge, skill and emotional connection.
• Willing to teach at least two classes a week.
• Create community through positive interactions before and after class.
• Address member concerns or direct to appropriate club management.
• Report equipment maintenance needs to club management.
• Drive excitement for classes and recruit members to join.
• Maintain a growing social media presence to attract new participants to classes, special events, etc.
