Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Saint Paul seeks a proactive Group Fitness Instructor to lead high-energy classes and inspire members on their fitness journeys.

You will deliver engaging workouts, track attendance, participate in weekly emails and Zooms, and stay connected with members through the instructor portal. A nationally accredited cert and CPR/AED are required to ensure safe, effective coaching.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels required (bootcamp, Kickboxing, Zumba, TRX, Sculpt, Yoga, Pilates, Cycle, POUND, HIIT).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy group fitness classes and meet format standards, while adding personal flair.
• Build genuine member relationships by learning names and goals to keep them motivated.
• Create a fun, professional class experience from warm-up to cool-down, showing up prepared and on time.
• Communicate with leadership and support club culture through teamwork and trainings.
