Crunch Fitness - Fitness Growth Capital in Cranberry Township is seeking a Group Fitness Class Coordinator to lead engaging, safe workouts and maintain professional standards. You will teach classes, ensure certifications are up to date, and follow all policies while delivering excellent member service.

Responsibilities include signing in/out, following Crunch policies, representing the brand, addressing member requests, and collaborating with management to maintain a welcoming club culture.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Nationally Accredited Aerobic Certification AFAA, ACE or NASM preferred.
• Yoga or Pilates certification also acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Instruct safe and effective exercise classes.
• Maintain all mandatory education certifications.
• Follow all instructor sign-in/sign-out procedures.
• Understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in accordance with Crunch mission statement.
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager.
• Maintain professional disposition at all times.
• Follow all club/facility policies and procedures.
• Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook.
