Job summary

Gold's Gym is seeking a Group Exercise Instructor to lead high-energy group classes, motivate members and deliver safe, effective workouts. You will teach formats, demonstrate moves, correct form and adapt approaches for all fitness levels.

You will maintain equipment, manage schedules, coordinate substitutes, and provide a positive, professional experience consistent with GGX standards and the Gold's Gym brand.

Qualifications

• Experience leading group fitness classes in a gym setting.
• Ability to teach a pre-arranged format and ensure safety during class.
• Strong communication skills for clear instructions and motivation.

Responsibilities

• Leads and delivers group fitness classes based on approved formats and schedules.
• Instructs participants, demonstrates movements, and explains proper techniques.
• Monitors participants for safety, injury signs, and appropriate modifications.
• Maintains equipment and room setup, and coordinates substitutes to avoid cancellations.
• Represents Gold's Gym in a professional manner and adheres to gym attire standards.
