Job summary

EXOS is seeking a Group Exercise instructor in San Jose to lead engaging fitness classes and deliver innovative routines. The role emphasizes enthusiasm, professionalism, and motivation to help participants reach their wellness goals.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience, a current nationally accredited group exercise certification, and CPR/AED certification. Opportunities exist for both part-time and full-time benefits, with pay per unit and local adjustments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience actively leading group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA).
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats must be trained and licensed for those formats.
• Current CPR/AED certification required; First Aid certification strongly desired.

• Create and deliver new, fresh and innovative routines.
