Job summary

Exos is seeking a Group Exercise instructor to lead our fitness classes in Mountain View, CA. You will create engaging routines and motivate participants while maintaining a professional, on-time presence in the studio.

Requirements include at least one year of experience leading group classes, current CPR/AED certificate, and certification in a nationally accredited program (AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA) or licensed formats such as Zumba or Yoga. Benefits are included for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA) if necessary.
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats (e.g. Zumba, Yoga) must be trained and licensed to teach those formats.

• Lead group exercise classes with energy and safety.
• Create and deliver new, fresh, and innovative routines to engage participants.
• Maintain professionalism: punctual, positive, and motivating in-studio and beyond.
