Qualifications

• Group fitness instructor with experience leading classes.
• Strong communication to guide participants and ensure safety.
• Ability to adjust routines for different fitness levels.
• Proficiency in managing audio equipment during classes.

Responsibilities

• Lead group exercise sessions ensuring correct form and safety.
• Interact with first-timers to assess fitness levels privately.
• Provide clear verbal instructions and maintain engaging class atmosphere.
• Monitor participants and offer exercise variations for all levels.
• Create a motivational and fun environment for participants.
• Prepare class materials and manage equipment as needed.
• Attend staff meetings and document time and incidents.
