Job summary

Exos Partners, LLC is seeking a dynamic Group Exercise Instructor for a part-time role in Chevy Chase, MD. Lead engaging classes, tailor workouts to diverse fitness levels, and provide modifications to ensure safety and enjoyment for all participants.

The role requires at least one year of group exercise leadership experience, current nationally accredited certification, and mandatory CPR/AED certification. Licensed/formatted formats require specific training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience leading group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA) required.
• Current CPR/AED certification is mandatory; First Aid certification is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging and results-driven group exercise classes, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
• Develop and deliver exercise routines tailored to a variety of fitness levels and abilities.
• Provide personalized support and modifications to participants as needed.
• Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages members to reach their fitness goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in group exercise.
