Orangetheory Fitness in Park Ridge is seeking qualified coaches to deliver scientifically designed workouts for clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. Coaches will motivate groups of up to 36-45 participants while ensuring safety and encouraging a positive, energetic atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Intermediate knowledge of physiology and body mechanics.
• Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels.
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver predesigned workouts to groups of up to 36-45 clients.
• Energize and motivate clients throughout the sessions.
• Ensure safety of participants regarding heart rate and exercise technique.
