Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking energetic Personal Trainers/Coaches to lead science-backed group workouts and help clients reach their goals. You will coach up to 36 clients, motivate participants, and ensure safe technique using heart-rate-based training.

A valid certification (NASM/NSCA/ACE/ACSM/ISSA/NCSF) and 1+ year of group or personal training experience are required. Roles offer flexible hours and opportunities for advancement within a top fitness brand.

Qualifications

• Certified fitness professional with one of the listed certifications.
• At least 1 year of group fitness or personal training experience.
• Ability to motivate clients and manage workouts safely.

Responsibilities

• Coach pre-designed group workouts (up to 36 clients)
• Motivate clients and create a positive, high-energy environment
• Ensure proper form and safety using heart-rate-based training
• Offer exercise modifications for all fitness levels
