Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking energetic Fitness Coaches to lead dynamic group workouts. You’ll guide up to 36 participants through the studio's science-backed session, provide real-time form corrections, and foster a welcoming, high-energy environment.

Ideal candidates hold a nationally accredited fitness certification, CPR/AED, and enjoy motivating diverse clients. This role supports growth, safety, and member engagement across sessions and studio initiatives.

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited fitness certification is required.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• 1+ years of experience in personal training or group fitness is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Orangetheory group workouts for up to 36 participants, delivering high-energy, engaging sessions that align with our methodology.
• Ensure the safety of all participants by providing real-time exercise corrections and modifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio, especially the fitness floor.
• Help build class attendance and member retention through motivation, personal connection, and professional support.
• Represent Orangetheory at internal and external marketing events and initiatives.
• Stay current with Orangetheory programming and attend all required monthly team meetings, webinars, and continuing education opportunities.
