Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a high-energy Coach in the Atlanta area to lead science-backed, coach-inspired group workouts for up to 36 members. You will guide sessions, monitor form, and keep the studio safe and engaging.

The role requires a certified fitness professional with CPR/AED, 1+ year of experience preferred, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. Excellent communication and motivation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Current nationally accredited fitness certification is required.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• 1+ years of personal training or group fitness experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Orangetheory group workouts for up to 36 participants with energy and alignment to the method.
• Ensure participant safety with real-time exercise corrections and modifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio floor.
• Help build class attendance and member retention through motivation and connection.
• Represent Orangetheory at events and follow monthly trainings.
