Orangetheory Fitness is hiring an energetic Coach to lead group workouts for up to 36 members using our science-backed method. You’ll motivate diverse fitness levels, provide real-time guidance, and ensure safety on the floor.

Ideal candidates have current national certifications, CPR/AED, and 1+ year of training or group fitness experience, plus strong communication skills. The role emphasizes engagement, studio upkeep, and participation in monthly trainings.

Qualifications

• Current nationally accredited fitness certification from NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, AFAA, NFPT or NPTI.
• CPR/AED Certification is required.
• 1+ years of experience in personal training or group fitness preferred.
• Knowledge of physiology, body mechanics and functional movement.
• Ability to motivate and adapt training for all fitness levels in real time.
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to lead sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead group workouts for up to 36 participants with high energy and alignment to our method.
• Provide real-time exercise corrections and modifications for safety.
• Keep studio clean and organized, especially the fitness floor.
• Support class attendance and member retention through motivation and connection.
• Represent Orangetheory at marketing events and initiatives.
• Stay current with Orangetheory programming and attend team meetings and trainings.
