Qualifications

• Current approved group exercise certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous group exercise instruction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach pre-choreographed or freestyle group sessions to members.
• Present classes so members feel welcomed, encouraged and challenged.
• Ensure safety and proper technique by educating members on guidelines.
• Increase member attendance through engaging and motivating instruction.
• Maintain an average of coaching at least 2 classes per week.
