Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in related field with 18 graduate credits.
• At least one year of full-time teaching experience in higher education preferred.
• Strong pedagogy knowledge and teaching experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to research and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses as assigned by the designated supervisor and meet course outcomes.
• Prepare and submit lesson plans aligned with approved objectives.
• Develop course outlines and syllabi for supervisor review.
• Maintain accurate records and provide office hours for student consultation.
• Assist in advising, orientation and registration activities.
• Engage in scholarly and creative activities to enhance discipline expertise and learning.
• Participate in program assessment, curriculum review and service activities.
• Represent the college professionally and support student success.
