Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler required.
• 2 years QSR experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store sales, volume, and profitability.
• Ensure quality of service and customer satisfaction.
• Create employee schedules and place inventory orders.
• Lead employee training and development.
• Participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions.
• Manage store operations with ultimate responsibility resting with GM.
