Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a passionate General Manager to lead our Sugar Land restaurant to success. You’ll oversee daily operations, drive team performance, uphold food quality and guest experience, and ensure financial results.

You will recruit and develop top talent, coach leaders, manage inventory and labor costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards while building a positive, inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team-building skills.

• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards in food quality, guest service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent for all team positions.
• Motivate and coach team members and managers to achieve goals and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Oversee inventory management, food and labor costs, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through operational excellence and local marketing.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks efficiently.
