Candidates must have a high school diploma or G.E.D., prefer some customer service experience, and be at least 21 years old. Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Prefer candidates with experience in customer service or training.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Handle minor slot machine malfunctions and pay jackpots.
• Monitor customer needs by visibly circulating the gaming floor.
