Job summary

Triple Shift Entertainment is seeking a Food Runner to deliver meals from the kitchen to tables or bowling lanes with speed and accuracy, embodying Spirit, Courage, Respect, Own It, and Excellence. You’ll serve as a critical link between Front of House and Back of House while upholding standards and guest satisfaction.

You will restock, assist with utensils and condiments, handle coffee, and help move kegs, all while working in a fast-paced venue.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from kitchen to tables or lanes quickly and accurately.
• Serve as a point of contact between Front of House and Back of House staff.
• Maintain knowledge of menus including carryout and catering items.
• Ensure guests have everything they need after delivery.
• Place food on plates or trays as ordered and inspect for completeness.
• Stock service stations with items like ice, napkins, or condiments.
• Assist servers, bartenders, and managers with carrying plates.
• Washes glassware and makes coffee as necessary.
• Assist with moving and installing kegs of beer and refill drinks.

The Food Runner will deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers tables or venue bowling lanes rapidly and accurately. Typically serves as a point of contact between Front of House and Back of House staff.

Responsibilities:

• Show your Excellence by obtaining and maintaining a working knowledge of all food menus including any carryout and catering menus.
• Assure guests have everything they need on the tables after delivery of food.
• Place food servings on plates or trays according to orders or instructions
• Examine trays to ensure that they contain required items.
• Load trays with accessories, such as eating utensils, napkins, or condiments.
• Remove trays and stack dishes for return to kitchen after meals are finished.
• Own It. Stock service stations with items like ice, napkins, or straws.
• Communicate effectively and courteously using Spirit with guests, and co-workers.
• Respect. Assist all servers, bartenders, and managers with carrying plates.
• Promote an atmosphere of teamwork by assisting co-workers.
• Washes glassware as necessary
• Makes coffee as necessary.
• Aids moving and installing kegs of beer.
• Answer questions from customers and refill drinks as needed.
• Communicates customer concerns and complaints to manager on duty
• Courage to take on other duties as assigned.

401k Information:

You will be eligible to begin contributing to a 401(k) on the first of the month following your first 90 days of service and if you meet the minimum hours criteria. The minimum criteria for employee eligibility are 1) employees must be 21 years of age or older and 2) must work 250 hours in 90 days or an average of 1,000 hours in one year. Triple Shift Entertainment will match qualified 401(k) contributions as follows: $1 for $1 for the first 3% and $0.50 for $1 on the next 2% on what employee contributes to their 401(k) and you are considered fully vested immediately.
