North East Logistics (NEL), the brokerage division of NAPA Transportation, Inc., is looking for Logistics Coordinators to join our Cranberry Township team. You will manage the day-to-day execution of freight, work with carriers to secure capacity, and ensure on-time delivery.

This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The position is full-time on-site with a 4-on/4-off schedule in year one.

Formación

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in customer service, sales, logistics, or transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Willingness to work onsite at Mechanicsburg office.

Responsabilidades

• Source, qualify, and build long-term relationships with carriers.
• Negotiate carrier rates balancing service and profitability.
• Coordinate freight assignments and manage loads from pickup through delivery.
• Track shipments and proactively communicate delays or changes.
