Northeast Logistics, a division of NAPA Transportation, is expanding and seeking a driven Logistics Coordinator to manage daily freight assignments and load life cycles for a designated region. You will ensure timely, cost-effective coverage using qualified carriers aligned with hiring criteria.

Responsibilities include sourcing carriers, negotiating profitability, and solving real-time issues to keep freight moving. Onsite work is required and uncapped earning potential awaits.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales.
• Familiarity with freight brokerage or truckload operations is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work onsite.

Description

Northeast Logistics (NEL), a division of NAPA Transportation, Inc., is expanding, and we’re looking for driven, competitive, and high-energy individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-first environment.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing daily freight assignments and managing load life cycles within a designated region/customer base. Your primary goal is to ensure shipments are covered in a timely and cost-effective manner using qualified carriers that meet NEL’s hiring criteria.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Monthly Bonus

• Your earnings are based on your ability to hustle, negotiate, and successfully cover loads.
• Competitive base of 50-55k plus uncapped monthly bonus.
• Monthly bonus opportunity earnings on average $1,000 - $3,000 + per month based on performance
