The role emphasizes staff training, social media communication, and strong collaboration with campus leadership to ensure great meals and happy clients.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar role with an associate degree preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities as required.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Must have Serv/Safe certification.
• Experience managing food and labor costs and staff.
• Proficient MS Office and related platforms; catering experience a plus.

• Archiving special menu and events with pictures and commentary.
• Executing outstanding catering events.
• Assist Food Service Director in delivering budgeted financial results.

$500 signing bonus after 90 days!

Your day is focused on helping your staff delight our customers. Through your hands-on training and your calm, steadfast guidance, you serve as a positive role model for the team. Your exemplary customer service skills leave no doubt as to your passion for the business. Your community-minded, detail-oriented focus on communication through marketing and social media, makes retaining and growing client relationships easy. You step in and support the Food Service Director effortlessly. At the end of the day, the kids are fed with some of the best school meals in food service, your clients are happy and your peers are supported.

Essential Functions:
