Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an entry-level Food Service Attendant to join a fast-paced dining team at our Hawthorne campus. You will assist with food preparation, meal delivery, guest service, and maintaining dining spaces, with cross-training across culinary, hospitality, porter, and dish roles as needed.

The ideal candidate enjoys teamwork, can switch between roles, and supports high-quality service. Flexibility for shifts, overtime, and weekends is required, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in food preparation, customer service, or related roles preferred.
• Cross-training in multiple food service tasks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean on-site dining areas and maintain cleanliness throughout shifts.
• Support beverage stations, food sales locations, and break areas.
• Assist with food preparation per SpaceX standards and sanitation rules.
• Rotate and store products according to food safety requirements.
• Follow stocking routes, track inventory, and distribute products on site.
• Help team meet time and quality targets set by supervisor.
• Set up, operate, and break down a daily workstation in kitchen/service areas.
