Edgewater Gaming, LLC in Laughlin, NV is seeking a friendly Food Server to deliver welcoming service, menu knowledge, and beverage recommendations in a high-energy casino tavern environment.

You will take accurate orders, input into a POS, handle payments, and collaborate with teammates to ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. This role requires at least 6 months of dining venue experience and good communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in a full-service dining venue is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Provide timely and courteous guest service in line with the company's guest service culture.
• Present menus, take accurate orders, and input into POS system.
• Handle payment transactions and provide receipts; obtain signatures.
• Resolve guest complaints and report concerns to management.
• Assist team members with food running, side work, and drink service as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
• Respond to guest inquiries about hotel services and local attractions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and gaming laws.
