Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to use smartphones, tablets, and touchscreen technology.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
• Serve food and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and laws.
• Greet guests upon arrival and thank them as they depart.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and assist with bussing and side work.
• Record guest preferences in the reservation system and personalize service when possible.
• Follow all health codes, safety procedures, and company policies.
