Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day operations for designated la carte locations and banquet events.
• Oversee/prepare staff assignments, ensure proper uniforms and professional image.
• Coordinate with Managers, kitchen, logistics, and inventory to meet specifications.
• Acknowledge, greet, and thank members/guests; investigate and resolve complaints within authority.
• Maintain ambience and manage post-function reports, bar inventory, and service standards.
